WOD: 12 Minute AMRAP
Snatch Ladder (95/65)
Start at 1 the first round, then 2 the second, then 3 so on and so on...
In between each round perform 7 Box Jumps
So fallow this sequence
1 Power Snatch (95/65)
7 Box jumps (24/18)
2 Power Snatch
7 Box Jumps
3 Power Snatch
7 Box Jumps
Until 12 minutes is up
